DFI Retail Group details senior executives’ share awards and purchase

DFI Retail Group Holdings Limited on Oct, 5 2026 reported a series of share transactions by six senior executives to the UK Financial Conduct Authority. All dealings involved the company’s ordinary shares of US cents 5 and 5/9 each (ISIN: BMG2624N1535).

Chief Executive Officer, Health & Beauty, Hsiao En Liu received 27,016 shares on the vesting of October 2024 awards and a further 5,435 dividend-equivalent shares, both at no cost.

Group Chief Technology and Information Officer King Yan Crystal Chan received 12,132 vested shares and 2,441 dividend-equivalent shares, also at no cost.

Group Chief Digital and yuu Rewards Officer Wee Lee Loh took delivery of 25,374 shares following the vesting of October 2023 awards.

Group Chief Financial Officer Kaizhi Wu was granted 159,764 share awards, representing the maximum potential entitlement subject to performance conditions.

Group Chief Digital and Loyalty Officer Kshitij Mulay received 68,135 share awards at no cost.

Separately, Chief Executive Officer, Food, Tom Cornelis Gerardus van der Lee purchased 16,500 shares on the Singapore Exchange at an average price of US$3.40 each.

All transactions, except van der Lee’s market purchase, were conducted outside a trading venue. The disclosures were signed by Company Secretary Erica Chan.
