Yeahka Repurchases 51,200 Shares for HKD 0.20 Million, Lifts Treasury Stock to 1.97 Million

Yeahka Limited executed an on-market share buyback on 7 October 2026, acquiring 51,200 ordinary shares at prices ranging from HKD 3.795 to HKD 3.99 per share. The volume-weighted average purchase price was HKD 3.8879, bringing total cash outlay to approximately HKD 0.20 million.

Following the transaction, Yeahka’s issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) fell 0.0111 % to 460.19 million shares, while treasury shares rose to 1.97 million. The company’s overall issued share count, including treasury shares, remains unchanged at 462.16 million.

The buyback forms part of the repurchase mandate approved on 5 June 2026, which authorises the company to repurchase up to 46.08 million shares. Cumulative purchases under this mandate now stand at 619,600 shares, equivalent to 0.13 % of the outstanding share base on the mandate date. All shares repurchased to date have been retained as treasury stock.

Under Hong Kong Stock Exchange rules, Yeahka is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares until 6 November 2026.
