DT Capital to Review H1 2026 Interim Results and Potential Dividend on 21 August

DT Capital Limited has scheduled a board meeting for 21 August 2026 to consider and approve the unaudited interim results for the six months ended 30 June 2026. The agenda also includes deliberation on the declaration of an interim dividend, if any.
The meeting will involve the full board, comprising Executive Directors Leong Chi Wai and Su Chunxiang; Non-Executive Director Chan Pui Kwan; and Independent Non-Executive Directors Chen Yeung Tak, Jochum Siebren Haakma and Chan Chun Kong.
Further details on the interim performance and any dividend decision are expected upon publication of the board-approved results.
