After nearly six months of detention, the general manager of a leading A-share company with a market value of 60 billion yuan, Lin Kechuang, has returned! He is the son-in-law of actual controller Lin Xiucheng. Due to suspected crimes of embezzlement and misappropriation of funds, Lin Xiucheng has been criminally detained.

On October 7, Sanan Optoelectronics (600703.SH) announced that the company had received a "Notice of Lifting Lien" issued by the supervisory authority, and the supervisory authority had lifted the lien measures against Vice Chairman and General Manager Lin Kechuang. Currently, Lin Kechuang is able to perform his duties normally, and the company's production and operations are normal.

According to a previous announcement by Sanan Optoelectronics on April 8, the company received a notice signed by the Supervisory Commission of Yuzhong District, Chongqing on April 7, 2026, and Vice Chairman and General Manager Lin Kechuang was placed under lien and investigated. According to the 2024 annual report of Sanan Optoelectronics, Lin Kechuang, male, born in 1976, holds a master's degree and is a professor-level senior engineer. He previously served as executive director of Xiamen Sanan Gas Co., Ltd., deputy general manager of Fujian Sanan Group Co., Ltd., and a director of the company's board. That year, his annual salary was 2.1564 million yuan.

On the same day, Sanan Optoelectronics also announced that the company recently received a notice from its indirect controlling shareholder, Sanan Group, that the shares held by Sanan Group and the controlling shareholder Sanan Electronics were subject to successive freezing. The total number of shares frozen in this round was 1.377 billion shares, accounting for 93.68% of the shares they hold and 27.60% of the company's total share capital.

It is worth noting that an announcement by Sanan Optoelectronics on March 22 disclosed that actual controller Lin Xiucheng was placed under lien and investigated. According to the "Announcement on the Progress of the Company's Actual Controller Being Placed Under Lien" released by Sanan Optoelectronics on the evening of September 24, the company received a notice from the family members of actual controller Mr. Lin Xiucheng on September 24, 2026, that Mr. Lin Xiucheng was criminally detained by public security authorities on suspicion of embezzlement and misappropriation of funds.

Public information shows that Sanan Optoelectronics is a leading enterprise in China's compound semiconductor field, mainly engaged in LED and integrated circuit businesses. Its integrated circuit business covers RF front-end, power electronics, optical technology, and other segments, and its products are widely used in new energy vehicles, photovoltaic energy storage, data centers, AI computing power, communications, automotive, and other fields.

According to the "2026 Semi-Annual Report" disclosed by Sanan Optoelectronics on August 25, the company achieved operating revenue of 6.468 billion yuan in the first half of the year, a year-on-year decrease of 28.04%; net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company was -97.9045 million yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 155.47%; net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company after deducting non-recurring gains and losses was -504 million yuan.

The company explained that the year-on-year decline in operating revenue was mainly due to the company changing its precious metal scrap gold and platinum recycling business from external sales to physical replacement in accordance with relevant policies of the Ministry of Finance and the State Taxation Administration, and after the adjustment, other business revenue was no longer recognized. Excluding the precious metal scrap business, the company's operating revenue in this period increased by 8.97% compared with the same period last year.

In terms of stock price, as of the last trading day before the National Day holiday, Sanan Optoelectronics reported 11.48 yuan per share, up 0.61%, with a market value of 57.274 billion yuan.
