Anchorstone Holdings Limited reported no changes to its capital structure for the month ended 30 September 2026, according to its latest monthly return filed with Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited on 06 October 2026. Authorised share capital remained at 500 million ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.10 each, equivalent to HKD 50.00 million. Issued shares were unchanged at 1.45 billion, and the company held no treasury shares.

The issuer confirmed compliance with the Main Board’s minimum public-float threshold of 25 percent as of 30 September 2026. Under the 2019 Share Option Scheme, 7.28 million options were outstanding, with no exercises, cancellations, or new grants during the month; consequently, no new shares were issued and no funds were raised. Anchorstone reported no outstanding warrants, convertibles, or other equity-linked instruments, and no other share movements occurred in the period.
