Option Care Health shares surged 32.9% in morning trading on Tuesday. Drug distributor McKesson and private equity firm Clayton Dubilier & Rice are ​nearing a deal to acquire infusion services provider ‌Option Care Health in a transaction valued at more than $5 billion including debt, the Financial Times reported on Monday, citing people familiar with ​the matter.

SpaceX shares rose 2% in morning trading on Tuesday. Goldman Sachs reiterated its "Buy" rating on SpaceX in a research report, raising the 12-month price target from $220 to $230, while Morgan Stanley reiterated its Overweight rating and $300 price target on the shares.

Nvidia rose 1.2% in morning trading. It has finally hit a new all-time high. Now the only question is how long it will take the chip maker to become the first company ever to reach a $6 trillion valuation.

SK hynix shares dropped 3.2% in morning trading on Tuesday, as caution ahead of their third-quarter earnings weighed. SK Hynix is expected to release its Q3 report later in October.

Vaxcyte shares fell 8.2% in morning trading on Tuesday following the company's announcement of dual public offerings totaling $1 billion. Vaxcyte’s stock jumped 30.7% on Monday as pneumococcal vaccine holds its own against Pfizer's, Merck’s shots.
