Public Float Confirmation For the Hong Kong–listed H shares, First Tractor affirmed compliance with the Main Board Rule 13.32D(1) public float requirement, maintaining at least 5 % of issued H-share capital in public hands.

Capital Instruments and Other Movements The company reported no outstanding share options, warrants, convertible securities, or other agreements that could result in the issuance of additional shares. No other movements in issued or treasury shares were recorded.
