Moiselle Int’l lifts issued share base by 17.37% after HK D0.30 convertible bond conversion

Hong Kong-listed fashion group Moiselle International Holdings Limited (Moiselle Int’l) has increased its issued ordinary share capital by 17.37% following the conversion of convertible bonds.

The company disclosed in a Next Day Disclosure Return to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange that 50.00 million new ordinary shares were allotted and issued on 6 October 2026 under a Specific Mandate, at a conversion price of HKD 0.30 per share.

Prior to the conversion, Moiselle Int’l had 287.93 million issued shares. The new shares lift the total issued share count to 337.93 million. No treasury shares were outstanding before or after the transaction.

The board confirmed that the share issuance complied with all applicable listing rules, regulatory requirements and corporate authorisations, and that full consideration for the shares has been received.
