Sing Lee Software Publishes 2026 Interim Report and Updates Shareholder Communication Arrangements

Sing Lee Software (Group) Limited has announced that its Interim Report for the six months ended 30 June 2026 is now available in both English and Chinese on the company’s website (www.singlee.com.cn) and on HKEXnews (www.hkexnews.hk). Registered shareholders are encouraged to review the online version, which the board describes as the preferred communication channel.

For those unable to access the electronic documents, the company offers complimentary printed copies of the current interim report and all future corporate communications. Shareholders requesting physical copies must complete and sign the enclosed reply form and return it to the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, at 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong, using the prepaid mailing label, or submit the request via email to 8076-ecom@vistra.com.

Shareholders are responsible for providing a functional email address to receive timely electronic notifications. Until a valid address is supplied, the company will send notices of publication and any actionable corporate communications in printed form only.
