Wuxi Life International Holdings Group Limited reported no changes to its share capital structure for the month ended 30 September 2026, according to its latest monthly return filed with Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited on 2 October 2026.

The issuer’s authorised share capital remained at 12.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.01 each, translating into an authorised capital of HKD 120.00 million. No increase or decrease was recorded during the period.

Issued share capital was unchanged at 458.15 million ordinary shares, and the company held no treasury shares. Consequently, total issued shares continued to stand at 458.15 million, reflecting a stable equity base with no movements arising from share issuances, repurchases, options, warrants, convertibles or other equity-linked instruments.

The company affirmed compliance with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s minimum public-float requirement of 25 percent, indicating that the proportion of shares held by the public remained above the mandated threshold.

All requisite confirmations under GEM Listing Rule 17.27C were provided by Director Liu Guanzhou, covering receipt of funds, fulfilment of listing conditions, regulatory filings, and the identical nature of all issued shares.
