KINGSOFT: Jun Lei Acquires Shares, Long Position Rises to 27.9%

Jun Lei bought 311,200 shares of KINGSOFT on the SEHK open market at an average of HKD 24.4601 per share on October 2, 2026, involving about HKD 7.61 million, in an on-exchange active trade representing a direct secondary-market dealing.

Prior to the acquisition, Jun Lei's long position in KINGSOFT was 383.14 million shares, representing 27.88%; following the acquisition, the holding changed to 383.46 million shares, with the long position ratio rising to 27.9%.
