New Provenance Everlasting Holdings Limited (NPE Holdings) has announced that the latest set of corporate documents—including its Annual Report, accompanying Circular and Notice of Annual General Meeting—are now available in both English and Chinese on the company’s website (www.npegroup.com.hk) and on Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing’s website (www.hkexnews.hk).

The board encourages investors, particularly non-registered shareholders whose shares are held through CCASS participants, to review these materials online (the “Website Version”) to support paperless communication.

Non-registered holders encountering difficulties with email notifications or online access can obtain printed copies at no cost. To do so, they should complete the enclosed Request Form and return it to the company’s Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong. A pre-paid mailing label is provided for local postage-free return; requests may also be emailed to 2326-ecom@vistra.com.

Shareholders preferring ongoing electronic delivery must supply a valid email address to their bank, broker, custodian, nominee or HKSCC Nominees Limited (collectively, the “Intermediaries”). Until a functional email address is registered, the company will send only printed notices of publication.
