Milan Station Maintains 1.06 Billion Issued Shares; Public Float Requirement Met in September 2026

Hong Kong—Milan Station Holdings Limited reported no changes to its share capital structure for the month ended 30 September 2026, according to the company’s monthly return filed with Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited on 5 October 2026.

The authorised share capital remained at 2.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.04 each, equivalent to HKD 80.00 million.

Issued shares (excluding treasury shares) were steady at 1.06 billion, with no issuance, cancellation, or repurchase activity during the period. The company continues to hold zero treasury shares.

Milan Station confirmed compliance with the Main Board’s minimum public-float threshold of 25%, affirming that sufficient shares remain in public hands.

No share options, warrants, convertibles, or other equity-linked instruments were outstanding, granted, exercised, or cancelled during the month. The share option scheme adopted on 30 June 2021 reported zero options outstanding and no movements.

Director Hu Bo affirmed that all regulatory and listing requirements were observed for the period covered by the return.
