China Foods Limited filed its Monthly Return for the period ended 30 September 2026, confirming a stable capital structure and ongoing compliance with Hong Kong’s public-float rules.

The company’s authorised share capital remained unchanged at 4.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HK$0.10 each, equivalent to HK$400.00 million.

Issued share capital also held steady. Outstanding shares stood at 2.80 billion (2,797,223,396 shares) with no treasury shares on record, indicating no new share issues, repurchases, or cancellations during the month.

China Foods reported no activity in share option schemes, warrants, convertible securities, or other equity-related arrangements, underscoring a lack of dilution events in September.

Management affirmed that the company continues to meet the Main Board’s minimum public-float requirement of 25%, ensuring adequate liquidity for investors.

The filing, dated 5 October 2026, was signed by Company Secretary Law Wing Hee and submitted to Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited.
