Praemium (ASX:PPS) said Chief Executive Anthony Wamsteker has resigned from the company, effective immediately, according to a Friday Australian bourse filing.
Chief Commercial Officer Denis Orrock has been appointed acting CEO by the board, the filing said.
The board will formally recruit a new CEO with the assistance of an external executive search firm, the filing added.
Praemium shares increased 9% in recent Friday trade.
