MinRex Resources (ASX:MRR) will begin trading on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) as Northstone Resources under the new ASX code "NRL" from Tuesday, following shareholder approval of the name change on Sept. 30, according to an Australian bourse filing on Monday after market hours.
The rebranding positions Northstone Resources as the parent company, while Dukat Resursi will operate as its subsidiary overseeing projects in Serbia, the filing added.
