AerCap Says Completed 204 Transactions in Q3; Repurchased $783 Million in Shares

AerCap (AER) said Monday that it completed 204 transactions and repurchased $783 million worth of shares in Q3.

The company said it signed 85 lease agreements, including 61 aircraft, 13 engines, and 11 helicopters.

AerCap said it purchased 32 aircraft and two helicopters, and sold 65 aircraft, 13 engines, and seven helicopters in the quarter.

The company said it signed financing transactions for about $900 million.

Additionally, the company said it bought back 5.3 million shares at an average of $147.12 apiece for $783 million. It also maintained a quarterly dividend of $0.40 a share.
