Stakk (ASX:SKK) secured a two-year agreement with Step Financial, the financial technology platform owned by Beast Industries, to integrate its artificial-intelligence-powered fraud mitigation capabilities into Step's mobile remote deposit capture offering, according to a Wednesday filing with the Australian bourse.

The deal provides for an automatic renewal for successive 12-month terms after the minimum service term of two years, the filing said.

Total revenue is not quantifiable at this time but is expected to contribute "meaningfully" to the company's fiscal 2027 revenue target, per the filing.

Stakk shares rose past 8% in morning trade Wednesday.
