Mapletree Logistics Trust (SGX:M44U) completed the divestment of 39 Changi South Avenue 2 in Singapore on Monday, according to a same-day disclosure to the Singapore Stock Exchange.
In July, the company signed an option agreement with CS Ceramiche for the proposed divestment of 39 Changi South Avenue 2 in Singapore for SG$16.6 million.
Following the divestment, the company's portfolio stands at 174 properties, and the total value of assets under management is SG$13.1 billion.
