Acrophyte Hospitality (SGX:XZL) reinstated and amended its agreement with Viator Hotels for the sale of the Hyatt Place Atlanta Norcross Peachtree Corners for $7.1 million, according to a Friday Singapore bourse filing.

The purchaser had terminated the original agreement on Aug. 10 during the due diligence period, with the deposit refunded.

Following re-engagement, the parties signed a new agreement at a revised price.

Under the amended agreement, the purchaser has paid a nonrefundable $250,000 reinstatement deposit, completed its due diligence, and is not subject to financing contingencies.

The deal is expected to be completed by Nov. 20 and extendable to Dec. 4, with an additional $15,000 deposit.

Shares of the trust fell over 10% in Monday trading.
