Budweiser Brewing Company APAC (HKG:1876) expects to record a non-underlying withholding tax charge of about $52 million following an internal restructuring of certain Chinese mainland subsidiaries, according to a Sunday Hong Kong bourse filing.

The group also expects to make a provision of about $30 million for overdue trade receivables from a state beverages corporation in Telangana, India, for the three months ended Sept. 30.

Budweiser APAC said the receivables provision will not affect the group's organic growth and that it will continue efforts to recover the outstanding amounts.
