Joyas International Unit to Pivot to Renewable Energy Technology

Joyas International (SGX:E9L) intends to transform the business of its subsidiary, Meta Technology, into a renewable energy engineering services company, according to a Friday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
Meta will change its name to Craft Renewable Energy Engineering and will focus on regional renewable energy projects.
Under a share transfer deal, a 40% stake in Craft will move from Splendid Powerful to Yuanqi International Energy, with the company's other subsidiary, Asiapac Growth, holding the remaining 60%.
Additionally, Asiapac will enter into a cooperation agreement with Yuanqi.
